| SHK ESSEN Has Extended Its Catchment Area |

The 23rd SHK ESSEN which came to an end on Saturday was rated as a total success by exhibitors and visitors. 533 exhibitors showed their innovations and refined products to 52,534 visitors from the skilled trades, commerce as well as architectural and planning offices and introduced their solutions. The exhibitors showed that they were highly satisifed with the number and quality of the visitors to SHK ESSEN. And the visitors unanimously praised the excellent range of information and advice on offer at the booths of the exhibitors. "Everything was right. Outstanding booth construction and a great scope of work on the part of the manufacturers - a very numerous and very qualified public. Here, supply and demand have gone together in a first-class way. SHK ESSEN has thus once again proven to be an indispensable communication platform for the sector," agreed Frank Thorwirth, Chairman and CEO, and Egon Galinnis, Managing Director of Messe Essen. 90 percent of the visitors and 94 percent of the exhibitors confirmed that and, even now, were already saying that they want to come back to participate in SHK ESSEN 2012 which will take place on March 7-10, 2012.
